*Next day, Daniel got up and prepared himself for the next trip that will prepare him and Pit into the final battle against Hades and Ethan*

Daniel: Morning, guys!

Dana: Hi, Daniel! I found Dyntos' workshop!

Howard: I can tell this chapter is gonna be fun! Heh heh! You boys may be in for the heck of a ride there!

Pit: "Aw... you know, I was really hoping it would just be like... a 'sign and drive' sort of thing. Don't tell me we have to beat up Dyntos!"

Palutena: "Um, nothing like that. He does have an odd sense of... well, let's just say he'll be testing you to make sure the two of you are worthy."

Pit: "...Oh, one of those things. Ah... What's a little test after what we've been through, though? Is it multiple-choice?"

Howard: i was thinking more of a kinda boss rush chapter.

Daniel: Aww, do we have to fight every single boss we defeated in order?

Howard: No, only a few bosses.

Daniel: Oh, good.

Dana: When you're ready, go on and set off.

Daniel: Got it, mom.

*The duo goes off*

Daniel: Alright, let's go!

Pit: "...Huh... what's with all these flying enemies? ...We've been seeing a lot of this lately. Underworld troops, Forces of Nature, some Aurum baddies..."

Palutena: "It's kind of mysterious, isn't it?"

Pit: "And annoying! Why can't we ever have, like... a leisurely walk to the corner store to pick up a sacred weapon?"

Daniel: Man, this is crazy. Why are we fighting the underworld army, forces of nature and the aurum troops in one chapter?

???: Wha ha ha ho ho!

Daniel: huh?

???: Why, hello there, Palutena. And hello to your little helpers too.

Daniel: hey, Is that Dyntos?

Dyntos: That's lord Dyntos to you, sonny!

Howard: We're sorry about that. Do yo know why we're here?

Dyntos: Of course! you want to defeat Hades and Ethan and protect the celestial balance!

Palutena: "That's exactly right! Up ahead is Dyntos' workshop."

Pit: "Ooh, fancy! ...But the place looks a lot bigger on the inside than it does on the outside."

Palutena: "It is a bit incongruous."

Pit: "And how exactly did these enemies get in here, anyway?"

Dyntos: I made them. They may be forgeries, but they are superior to the originals. And they're just the tip of the iceberg.

Daniel: Whoa, that's crazy!

Dyntos: if you don't have the gumption to handle them you've got no shot at Hades and Ethan.

Daniel: Let me get this straight. If we pass this test, you'll make a new weapon for us.

Dyntos: Yessiree, that's a promise.

Pit: "You know, the Three Sacred Treasures weren't exactly durable. Can you make sure the new weapon won't just fall apart?"

Palutena: "I want to say it's just because you weren't the one using them, but that's a bit mean. And not true."

Pit: "I'd rather not be eaten, if it's all the same to you."

Howard: We are sorry about this. Again.

Dyntos: That's all right. Now I don't feel bad about what's gonna happen to the both of you.

*Daniel and Pit soon landed in the circular room*

Daniel: Dyntos!

Dyntos: If you two want the new weapon, you must prove your mettle by passing the three trials. your first trial consists of three challenges. you must overcome all three.

Pit: "All three trials, or all three challenges?"

Palutena: "I think we've been over you being sarcastic."

Pit: "But, like, what kind of trial consists of three things? Shouldn't you just call it 'The Five Trials'?"

Palutena: "Pit! He's gonna give you two five trials if you're not quiet."

Pit: "I-I'll be good. Anyway, just head up this staircase, right? There sure are a lot of different enemies. Ah..."

*The duo got up and battled all sorts of enemies and the different versions of the ones they faced before, such as the normal and aurum monoeyes as well as cellular monoeyes due to Shawn fighting them in Hades' belly. they also battled centurions and forces of nature*

Daniel: Wow, all sorts of enemies are getting into the mix! Sometimes, it feels like we are fighting the whole universe.

Howard: heh. it's nuts, huh?

*They got to the first door and ther is the phoenix they battled before*

Daniel: What?! The phoenix?!

Dyntos: heh heh heh heh heh. It was just tragic seeing the majestic immortal bird felled by such little fellas.

Palutena: "So, wait, Dyntos can make replicas of bosses too?"

Pit: "By the way he was talking, I'm sure that was supposed to be a secret."

Palutena: "Oh. Oops."

Pit: "Not like it matters! It's still as strong as the first one. Problem is that we're stronger now, so three challenges or not it's still going down!"

Palutena: "I guess that's the spirit."

Howard: I guess I can congratulate your work on the phoenix, Dyntos.

*The heroic duo defeated the phoenix*

Daniel: Extinguished again!

Howard: Sorry that you two had to go through a second time.

*They got back to the path*

Daniel: Daniel and Pit are saving the world, one door at a time!

Howard: Go left to proceed!

Pit: "Oh... shoot! Is that another Orne?! Why's he making copies of those? He knows I freeze up like... a block of ice."

Palutena: "It's really more like a chicken in roller skates."

Pit: "...Wait, don't agree with him!"

Palutena: "I'm sure there's a safe way past. Just don't panic!"

Pit: "Plus, I can see a lot of treasure up ahead, too!"

Palutena: "...Though, there's definitely something fishy about all of it..."

Pit: "What exactly does that mean?"

Dyntos: My goodness, you're thick! it means they're all traps, you dunce!

Daniel: Aww, man, the mimicuties? Dyntos sure can be creative.

*The heroic duo managed to defeat all bumpety bombs and the mimicutes, unlocking the door*

Howard: In you go, boys!

*Next room, they see cragalanche*

Daniel: Hey, look, Pit, it's cragalanche! Strong and silent as ever, I see.

Dyntos: Yep, and he's still got a busted keister.

Pit: "Wow, he really pays a lot of attention to authenticity!"

Palutena: "Well, now that you know his weak spot is in the same place..."

Pit: "Well, that hardly matters. We're gonna bust him up either way! But I gotta wonder, are these versions of the bosses made from our memories the same way the ones back in Medusa's palace were?"

Palutena: "I sort of doubt it. Dyntos is way stronger than Medusa was, and the... crude way that Medusa made her replica bosses is way too far above him."

Pit: "Yeah, I suppose you're right."

Dyntos: Creating enemies is terribly fun! I use your experiences as blueprints.

Daniel: I must say, does he even... *gulp* make a Medusa replica?

Dyntos: Heh heh heh, I can make her if you want to, young boy!

Daniel: no, no, we're fine, Dyntos.

*The duo defeated Cragalanche*

Daniel: Cragalanche crushed!

Dyntos: Good work there, sonny boys!

*They are back at the path again*

Pit: "Agh! One last challenge to go and then we're done with this... trial."

Palutena: "Well! Just follow the trail to continue the trial!"

Pit: "That's making it even worse. ...Huh... how's that huge Aurum enemy moving so fast? And that copy Aurum Shemum jar... is spitting out Space Pirates? No fair! We didn't even fight those!"

Palutena: "Try not to blame Shawn or Amelia for that."

Daniel: Well, as long as we can defeat them, nothing else matters.

*Once the duo got to the circular area, two sphere doomers and some centurions appear*

Daniel: What? The centurions and the sphere doomers?!

Dyntos: These little guys are fun to make due to their destrutive behavior and what better way than to create those sphere doomers to join the party?

Pit: "So I guess we're on lockdown now, huh?"

Palutena: "Looks like he likes to make his guests feel secure!"

Pit: "Well, if we took out the Grand Doomer we can take these guys no problem! Though I really hope we don't have to bust out the Daybreak again."

Palutena: "Also, 'destructive behavior'? My Centurions? They would never! They know the proper value of good architecture."

Pit: "Given that most of them contributed to it for a good while, I'd think so."

Howard: I think he was on about the sphere doomers, not the centurions, Palutena.

*Once the duo defeated them all, the door opens*

Daniel: Hey, they leave weapons for us to get.

Howard: head into the door. I wonder what boss is there this time?

*They go in and end up in the space pirate ship*

Daniel; What the? We're on the ship?

*The space kraken appears*

Daniel: The kraken!

Dyntos: A Pretty faithful reproduction, wouldn't you say?

Pit: "Ooh! I should have known. At least we can get some decent kalimari out of this one."

Palutena: "Really? Even if it's a reproduction space kraken?"

Pit: "...Eh, you're probably right. It'll turn out to be made out of, like, space tofu. Let's just take it out."

Palutena: "That's the spirit!"

Pit takes out the tentacles one by one, then rolls over, throwing the nearby Boom Spear up to Daniel. "Alright, three... two... one!"

As the Kraken's head appears, Pit launches an attack to be timed along with the boom spear.

*Daniel fired the boom spear at the kraken, defeating it*

Daniel: Take that, Tentacool!

Howard: Tentacool? nice one, Daniel.

Daniel: how about it? Did we make it through yet?

Dyntos: not so fast. do you remember the name of this chapter?

Daniel: Oh yeah. The three trails. We passed one trial.

Pit: "Alright, so lead us into the next one! I'm raring to go, and if everything from here out is just more replicas I'm sure we can handle it!"

Palutena: "It probably won't be that easy, though."

Pit: "Ah, whatever. What's the worst he can do? We've fought pretty much everything we've run into so far just coming to this point. Underworld Army forces. Forces of Nature. Skyworld troops. Sphere Doomers. Even some Aurum forces. What else can he make that can threaten us at this point?"

Palutena: "Ah, see, you're tempting him! Don't tempt him."

*The duo are transported to what looks like a green version of dark lord gaol's throne room. Standing there are Magnus and Gaol*

Magnus: Hey there.

Daniel: Uncle Magnus! And... dark lord gaol too? Hold on. Why are you with Gaol, Magnus?

Magnus: What can I say? the old god asked me to fight you both, so here I am.

Gaol: *Now with her own voice* Think you two will be able to take the both of us?

Daniel: We don't really have a choice, huh?

Pit: "So, wait, what kinda second trial is this? We really gotta fight the two of you now? Agh... well, alright! It seemed like it was forever and a day ago that we fought Gaol together, and now..."

Palutena: "Well, it hardly matters now, right? Just take them out. They signed up for this, after all."

Pit: "Which is shocking, too! You're sure the two of them aren't replicas? I'm getting some hardcore 'machine made' vibes from a lot of things around here. ...Like the entire castle we're fighting in."

Palutena: "Nope, that's really them. They check out."

Pit: "You're not making this easy."

Gaol: Pit, save those questions later until you and Daniel defeated Hades and Ethan.

Daniel: OK.

*The duo battled against Magnus and Gaol. Magnus is a strong melee user and Gaol is a ranged attacker. Daniel and Pit managed to defeat them*

Daniel: We did it! We defeated them!

Magnus: Heh heh, not bad, little munchkin.

*Their next battle is coming up. They can see... Palutena?*

Howard: What? Palutena, what are you doing there?

Palutena?: "Isn't it obvious? I'm here to finish them!"

Pit: "Do we really have to fight this imposter? I know you like making recreations, but this is really in poor taste!"

Dyntos: oh, don't get all huffy now! Besides, if that Palutena is a copy, then where's the real Palutena?

Pit: "Where she always is! Right, Lady Palutena?"

Daniel: Palutena, Pit is talking to you.

Palutena?: Time to die!

Pit: "Oh, no... Don't tell me that IS the real lady Palutena. Uh... w-wait, we can't just... we don't really have a choice but to fight her, do we? Ugh... this is some trial!"

Palutena?: "It won't be a fight. It'll be a massacre!"

*Daniel's arrow struck Palutena's face. Then, her true face is revealed. It is the pseudo Palutena*

Daniel: What the?!

Pseudo-Palutena: "You two are finished!"

Pit: "Whoa, I'm glad we decided to attack.

Daniel: That's Maniacarl's pseudo Palutena! I almost forgot about her! Dyntos, why did you bring Pseudo Palutena here?

Dyntos: First time I've seen Maniacarl's invention, I was laughing so hard that I asked him to be part of the trial. He maybe a mad man, but he's a genius!

Pit: "But wait... then what happened to the real Palutena?"

Palutena: "Ugh... I think I blacked out for a moment there. What's going on?"

Pit: "Oh, Lady Palutena! It's terrible, there's a weird doppleganger of you, or- wait, hold on a second."

Pit follows it up by shooting the psuedo-Palutena in the face, defeating it.

Psuedo-Palutena: "At least I'm... beautiful..."

Pit: "It was terrible! There was a weird doppleganger of you and it freaked us out. Sheesh, that Maniacarl... Anyway! Tell us that's it for the second trial. We beat three more bosses! ...Kind of."

Maniacarl: Whoopsie. Palutena seen my clone of her.

Palutena: "We're discussing this in private maniacarl."

Dyntos: ho ho ho. Good job there, whippersnappers. You passed the second trial!

*They are teleported to the blue circular area*

Daniel: Where are we now? We must be at the last trial.

Dyntos: Yes, yes, I am quite aware of that. Here it is. The great sacred treasure!

*The great sacred treasure appeared with Dyntos piloting it*

Daniel: Really? you're giving it to us? We don't need to do something horrible first?

Dyntos: That depends on our definition of "horrible."

Daniel: Oh boy. this is the boss of this chapter, isn't it?

Pit: "Augh! Some boss! ...But I won't have Dyntos bossing us around! We've gotta get that Great Sacred Treasure... even if it comes to something like this! If we don't defeat Hades..."

Palutena: "Just fight with all your might, Pit! If you can survive this harsh training, you'll be ready for anything!"

Pit: "Yeah! C'mon, Daniel, let's give it everything we've got! We can't lose now!"

Daniel: Got it, Pit!

*As the duo damages the sacred treasure, the great sacred treasure charges for a one hit K.O. Daniel jumped off Pit and dragged him into the other side of the arena before the great sacred treasrue destroyed the other*

Howard: Whoa! That must be powerful!

Dyntos: And this beauty is made of pure orichalcum!

Daniel: Wow. I don't know what it is.

*After a tough battle, the heroic duo defeated the great sacred treasure*

Daniel: Alright! And to the victors go the spoils!

Dyntos: Nicely done!

Howard: huh. Seems there's two control parts of the great sacred treasure. One to move it around and one to shoot and aim. Who controls what?

Pit: "Actually, I like it better this way. One has the cannon, the other is in charge of the maneuver-y bits. It's like... when you do both, it's like walking and chewing gum. Borderline impossible!"

Palutena: "Uh... give Pit control of the cannons. If moving means keeping you two out of danger, I'd rather have the accomplished driver do it anyway."

Pit: "Yeah, he's shown his potential with pretty much every other vehicle of the gods. Fitting that he should take this one too."

*They got in to test it out*

Daniel: Woo hoo! Now THIS is where it's at!

Howard: Dyntos.

Dyntos: Yep. That's my name.

Howard: That was quite for the three trials, wouldn't you agree?

Dyntos: I might have thrown in a few freebies.

Daniel: This is awe-

*He crashed into the arena*

Palutena, Howard and Dyntos: Oh dear.

*The duo and the sacred treasure get teleported to skyworld*

Pit hops out for the time being. "Alright... we got the Great Sacred Treasure. Now all we have to do is end Hades, right?! Still... those were definitely some formidable trials. Maybe it'd be best to take a little break before we go to take him down."

Palutena: "I'm surprised to hear you say that, actually."

Pit: "Well, we can't over-exert ourselves before the very definitely final battle, right? We've got to take down both Hades... and Shawn's dad, too. I hope he's doing alright about this whole ordeal, still. I mean, evil or not, it's still his dad, right?"

Palutena: "Very true. But he's got Amelia, at least, so it can't be that bad, right? I'd say don't worry about it- you've got enough to worry about with tomorrow's battle, anyhow."

Dark Daniel: you both must rest for the final battle. don't forget the advice Shawn's mom said.

Daniel: I know. I'm gonna miss having adventures with Pit once it's over.

Howard: not to worry. You can still do that even when Hades and Ethan are out of commission.

Daniel: Thanks, dad.

Pit: "Hopefully there won't be any great evil to defeat, but I'd totally be down! For right now, though, resting. Just make sure Shawn doesn't get any ideas with the Great Sacred Treasure like he did the three other ones."

Palutena: "Somehow I think we're okay on that front. He probably doesn't want to be lunch again."

Pit: "...But the new weapon's strong enough so that that won't happen, right? ...Right?"

Shawn: Maybe. I am not sure. But mom told you the advice for Daniel just in case something happens, Pit.

Daniel: Yeah. Pit, tomorrow, let's give it our all for both Skyworld and human world.

Dana: But now, you need a rest for the last battle against Hades and Ethan.

Daniel: I know, mom.

Pit nods. "Alright! Rest time is now, then. See you all in the... well, not necessarily morning. Whenever we're ready, pretty much."

He walks off.

Palutena: "...I hope everything will be alright. We're fully set up and all, but Hades is still monstrously powerful... even without Ethan. I'm sure Pit and Daniel will come out on top, though."

Howard: Don't worry, Palutena. They will come out as the victors. Shawn's mom said that if Ethan is out of commission, Hades can't use the one hit kill move, whatever it is.

Dana: I have a feeling that Hades will turn the tables and Daniel turns them back.

Howard: What do you mean?

Dana: When it seems that Hades is gonna finish the battle, Daniel will turn the tables on him.

Howard: Well, if you're sure, Dana.

Palutena: "Well, if you're so certain. Your intuition has been right before... as long as Pit and Daniel don't lose faith, and they keep fighting, I have a good feeling we'll be okay."
